ipaldi is a consulting company founded by Izis Filipaldi.
Izis is an Agile Coach with years of experience working with Agile in Brazil, Germany, Poland, and Spain.
She is currently based in Berlin and frequently travels around the world to provide agile consultant services in collaboration with other coaches.
ipaldi’s primary objective is to foster a healthy, agile culture in the workplace, one that maximizes delivery, productivity, and team health.
